Is ballooning safe?

Yes, it’s very safe. Our activity is closely regulated by the authorities. All our pilots have valid licenses and qualifications, are up-to-date with their medical examinations, and our balloons and equipment are in perfect condition and are continuously inspected.

What happens if the weather is bad and we can't fly?

Meteorology is very important in our business, so we monitor the weather forecast.

What is the age limit for ballooning?

The law doesn’t say anything about this. We recommend a minimum age of 7 for children and don’t set a maximum age for adults.

How long does the balloon flight last?

A balloon flight with us lasts between one and one and a quarter hours, depending on weather conditions and the landing site. The entire experience lasts around four hours.

How many passengers fit in the balloon?

Our balloons have large baskets that can carry up to eight people at a time. The balloon basket is divided into three sections, ensuring that all passengers have their own space and are very comfortable.
