We rented two road bikes for a few days cycling around Bizkaia and were very happy with our experience. The bikes were in perfect condition, looking almost new! The team responded to all our inquiries promptly. They were even able to rent one of the bikes to us last minute when we had a problem with a bike we were going to bring. Probably the most impressive thing is that they will deliver and pick up bikes anywhere in the Basque Country for just 25 euros, which was very convenient for us since we didn't have a car at the time. Very fair prices all around. The deposit was returned immediately as well. I fully recommend them and hope to rent from Basque Country Bike again when we return to the area!
