Mendietan

Mendietan was born from Unai Llamas Ahedo’s passion for the mountains and his desire to share authentic experiences in nature. From a young age, he has explored climbing, trekking, and ski mountaineering, understanding that each activity offers learning, personal growth, and a connection with the natural environment.

Unai, a certified Mountain Guide (TD2) and Telecommunications Engineer, brings a technical and professional approach to planning and risk management through Mendietan, ensuring that every outing is safe, efficient, and tailored to the group’s skill level. Safety, knowledge, and preparation are fundamental pillars of all activities.

At Mendietan, every adventure is designed to offer a complete experience: from guided hikes to orienteering training, always with small groups that allow for close and personalized attention. Our goal is for each participant to gain independence, discover new skills, and experience the mountains with confidence and respect.
