The Berasaluce brothers, Jatyr and José Luis, Basque-Brazilians, run and share this school founded by their father.
Jatyr was born in Brazil. He has been teaching surfing lessons since he was 9 years old, and at just 7 he began competing, winning important awards. Jatyr was born in southern Brazil, in Praia do Rosa, and grew up in his father’s surf school. Jatyr has been teaching surfing lessons since he was 9 years old, and at just 7 he began competing as a surfer and coach.
José Luis had his first contact with the world of surfing in Brazil at the age of 3, and at 12 he began working at the school. He has shared his experience with surfers and schools from all over the world and now teaches you how to improve your surfing with a unique method and the pedagogy of a true surfer.
As water lovers, the school also offers other sea-related activities along the Bizkaia coast.

So cool! We went for a bachelorette party and booked a 2-hour beginner class and had a great time. The beach is spectacular, and the instructors are super nice and attentive. They picked us up and dropped us off before and after. Definitely going back!
