Motoras de la Isla’s main activity is transporting passengers between the port of San Sebastián and Santa Clara Island. Visitors come to stroll, spend the day in this natural setting, or visit Hondalea, the sculpture located at the lighthouse keeper’s house.
The service offers two regular routes: a direct route, priced at €5 round trip, and another that includes a 30-minute boat trip around the bay to explore the city further, costing €8 round trip. This option includes a free audio guide in four languages.
In addition, excursions are organized for private and school groups, tailoring the experience to their needs. Special services are also offered on key dates, such as Semana Grande (the main festival week), to watch the fireworks from the sea, or during the La Concha Flag regatta.

The trip to Santa Clara Island on our Red Line is quick (less than 10 minutes), comfortable, and above all, great fun. We have several boats operating throughout the summer for this journey.
